Telephone interpreting

We are the first and currently the only provider of professional telephone interpreting in the Czech Republic.

• For interpreting in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Polish, your call is normally connected within five minutes. Interpreting in other languages is provided individually based on your needs.
• Based on your choice, the interpreter takes part in the conversation or is in contact with you only.
• Telephone interpreting can be easily used when you are staying abroad.
• The service is available on weekdays during 8:00 to 20:00.

Telephone interpreting for new customers

• Call us and ask to be registered for telephone interpreting. During registration, you will be asked to specify your general requirements for this service, and you will have to pay a deposit.
• When the process is complete, you will become a regular customer.

Telephone interpreting for regular customers

• Call us and ask to be connected to an interpreter. You will be connected within several minutes.
• Based on your request, we will organize your telephone conference ahead of time and secure an approval of the exact time with your partners, the persons who will take part in the conversation, and the topics to be discussed.
• A telephone conference can be joined by several partners in different locations.
• If requested, your conversation will be interpreted by your 'personal' interpreter.
• If necessary, we can provide other related services, such as translation or interpreting of a personal meeting.

Telephone interpreting for T-Mobile Czech Republic mobile network customers

• Telephone interpreting is included in T-Mobile Assistant services at 1183.
